Blooming Blossoms Pre-K Program
Our Pre-K program is designed to provide young learners with a fun, structured, and enriching environment to build foundational skills before kindergarten.
Class Schedule
- Tuesdays & Thursdays
- 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Rates & Registration
- $25 per class | $50 per week
- Discounted rate for current daycare students: $5 per class | $10 per week
- A one-time $50 registration fee is due before the first class to cover supplies
Enrollment Requirements
To complete your child’s enrollment in Blooming Blossoms Pre-K, please submit the following:
- Completed Registration Form
- Copy of Birth Certificate
- Copy of Immunization Records
- Signed Suspension & Expulsion Policy
- Health Form signed by your child’s physician
- Emergency Consent Form
- All Pre-K students must be potty trained
- All children must be between 42–48 months old (3.5 to 4 years)
If your child is registered in Blooming Blossoms Daycare, only the Registration Form is required, as long as all other documents are already on file and up to date.
Additional Info
- A daily snack will be provided, following Indiana State Guidelines
- If your child has specific dietary needs, please let us know
- Payments must be made by the invoice due date
- If a payment is more than 5 days overdue, Blooming Blossoms Pre-K reserves the right to pause your child’s enrollment
