We currently have a few spots available for children 16 months and older, with both full-time and part-time care options.
Our rates are billed per day regardless of attendance, and we offer flexible options to fit your family’s needs.
Tuition Rates:
Infants to 16 months (Full-Time): $60/day
Additional child under 16 months (Full-Time): $60/day
16 months and older (Full-Time): $40/day
Additional child 16 months and older (Full-Time): $35/day
Part-Time care (16 months and older): $50/day
Before & After School Care: $20/day
Includes school delays, snow days, and holidays

Monday – Friday | 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Please note: Blooming Blossoms will be closed on the following holidays:

Christmas Eve & Christmas Day
Thanksgiving & the day after Thanksgiving
New Year’s Day

What to Know Before You Start:
Parents are responsible for providing all diapers, wipes, formula, and baby food as needed.
Blooming Blossoms provides breakfast, lunch, and snacks in accordance with State of Indiana guidelines.
If your child has dietary needs outside of those guidelines, families will be asked to provide the necessary food.
Ready to Enroll?
The registration process is simple and can be completed in as little as 24 hours. Just return the following documents:
Permission Form (for children under 16 months to sleep in a baby bed or playpen)
Completed Registration Form (one per child)
Copy of your child’s Birth Certificate
Copy of Immunization Records
Signed Suspension & Expulsion Policy
Health Form signed by your child’s physician
Emergency Consent Form
